I had so much fun going here each time!! Nirmada is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was treated like a queen. I was scared to try it the first time I went because it sounded very cold and like I might get frostbite. I was taken care of and informed about cryotherapy by the kind and attentive staff there and felt totally comfortable getting into the full body chamber.
