Do not purchase off the floor!
Went to the Corte Madera store and found a very nice bedroom set off the floor for a great deal. I was told it might take "a couple of weeks for delivery but certainly not months." Five weeks later and having heard nothing I found out that the sales folks do not take any accountability for when the furniture is delivered and in fact they state that they cannot even estimate. A total run-around. Meanwhile they have my money and after several calls I am still without the furniture and have no idea as to when it will be delivered. Worse than the CA DMV. The two stars is generous but it is for the value IF I ever get the furniture.
